Privacy Policy

Superyacht Galley Designs respects the discretion our clients expect. This policy explains, plainly, what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you complete the Galley Assessment or the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and the information you share about your yacht project — such as vessel size, crew profile, build stage, and service preferences.

Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand overall visitor activity. It does not identify you personally and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send your galley assessment profile, to respond to your enquiry, and — where you have asked for one — to arrange a discovery call. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send marketing you have not asked for.

Who processes it

Your information is handled by a small number of service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Notion (secure record-keeping of enquiries). Each processes your data only as needed to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and assessment records for as long as they are relevant to a current or prospective project, and delete them on request at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or European Union, these rights are protected under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@superyachtgalleydesigns.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date below. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
